Although these questions may seem too hard to ask yourself every day, it is vital to consider doing so on random occasions as not to fall negative or generally unhelpful routines. Keeping a routine can help a lot of people in their daily lives. However, sticking to that routine all the time hinders people from being as creative as they can be. 

Sit down and write out your daily routine. What part of it do you like the most? Which activities help you become the person you want to be? Being the best version of yourself can be challenging to achieve, particularly when keep your expectations and your standards low.

To be the best version of yourself, you need to be more creative. A routine will help ground you, but it can hinder you from growing. Don’t let it put you in a position where you stop learning.

Gardening, baking, writing, singing, and many more! However, you don’t have to do everything at the same time. Just try one and see where it goes. The activities that you take on may involve the arts, or it could be about improving your health and wellness. Regular exercise can help reduce stress. Eat healthier, go vegan if you want. Overall, you are improving your life.

Give yourself the push that you need to take on projects you’ve always been afraid of taking. Personal growth happens every time you stretch your limits and try out something new. Never think that you are not capable of doing something if you haven’t given it a try. Empower yourself so you can empower others as well.
