To be the best version of yourself, you need to be more creative. A routine will help ground you, but it can hinder you from growing. Don’t let it put you in a position where you stop learning.

Gardening, baking, writing, singing, and many more! However, you don’t have to do everything at the same time. Just try one and see where it goes. How to be your best self depends on a lot of different factors. Each one is designed to help you create something out of nothing. If you are too stressed to focus on anything, then take a quick break. Some people go out for coffee. Others prefer silence. What helps you relax?
Tapping into your creative side will not only keep your mind off work, but it will also allow you to learn something new. Even if you aren’t stressed, don’t be afraid to try something new. Go ahead and create something.
