  • Vyutkarama Kapalbhati - you can practice this by sniffing water through your nose and letting it flow down the throat. You will then expel it through the mouth.
  • Sheetkrama Kapalbhati - this is the opposite of the previous kind. You sip some water using the mouth and then expel it through your nose.
