Third, you are loved

Whether it is the love of your partner, your children, or family and friends, you should always remember this very important thought in the morning. More than the love that others can give, it is the love that you give yourself that is most special. When you remind yourself that you are loved, you know that no amount of negativity can take that away from you. 

Fourth, you are healthy

The first thing you should think about in the morning is how healthy you want your body to be. Give yourself some time to exercise and eat healthy foods. Thoughts of being healthy first thing in the morning are only going to make you love yourself more. Go ahead and use the rest of the day doing the things you need to do and choose to be healthy while you are at it. 

Lastly, you have the energy to compete

Today is another day to become a better version of yourself. Keep the competition at a healthy level. You don't have to worry about others getting ahead of you. Instead, focus your attention on your achievements. From there, you can make yourself feel all the better.
