How To Include Tarot In Your Daily Meditation

Many people say that meditation is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Not only will it allow you to focus your energy on the truly important things, but it is the perfect way to find inner peace

And yet, many find meditation difficult. Anyone who has tried to meditate often finds themselves spending twenty to thirty minutes in silence, not doing anything, but not feeling any change either.

While others may make it sound as if meditation is effortless, for many, it is one of the most challenging things they had to do for themselves.

Learning The Art of Meditation

Yoga cards or tarot cards are a secret to accessing the power of meditation. Like any other skill or hobby, there are various techniques to learn about meditation. It takes constant practice, dedication, and unparalleled effort to make things happen.

Why is meditating at least once a day good for you? Constant practice helps you become good at it. When you are in charge of too many daily things, thinking of just one can be quite tough.

With the right meditation technique, you can find focus. There will be a slow build-up, but over time, you will be able to control the noise inside your head in the most natural way possible.

It is why meditation on the tarot card works so well. These two practices of divination allow a person to practice until they can master the skills. Both divination practices require constant training and focus.

If you do both at the same time, all the time, you will be able to unlock the transformative magic that comes with each one. Every meditative practice will be a learning experience.

How Do You Use Tarot Cards In Meditation?

There are two basic ways you can bring tarot cards into your meditation practice. They can either enhance your meditation session or strengthen your knowledge about interpreting the message of the card.

Either way, doing intuition meditation will allow you to learn more about the card and yourself in the process.

Use the tarot card to set the mood for your meditation practice

This method is more like doing a guided meditation, except that the only guide you are using is the meditation cards.

You get to pick three cards and use each one to help you get your meditation started. Here’s an example scenario:

Card 1: 4 of Swords

While this may not be a card about healing, rejuvenation, and keen intuition, it is a reminder that you may need to let go of your preconceived notions of what meditation is all about. Sometimes, meditation is not just about going down and receiving answers or healing or the strength that you need. Like what this card means, meditation can also be about the constant practice to feel the real message that the card is trying to unveil.

Card 2: 8 of Pentacles

This card represents the value of hard work, determination, and focus. It recognizes that for you to complete a journey, there are expected outcomes to work on. The whole point of this card is to remind you that attitude plays a massive role in the success or failure of your attempts in life. With constant practice, you will be able to continuously work on something until you achieve what you want.

Card 3: The Sun

This card is all about immense joy that speaks of wonderful childhood memories, fun, and innocence. It could remind you that meditation is an activity that is all about fun, simplicity, and breeziness. Not all meditative sessions should be intense. Healing comes in many forms; sometimes, it is in the simplest that makes it truly work.

Use meditation to help strengthen your understanding of the tarot cards

Conversely, meditation can be beneficial for your practice of tarot card reading. One common mistake that people make is that they think tarot cards can only be used to help in meditation and not the other way around. But in truth, mediation can be used to help in your tarot card practice as well.

Sometimes, when doing tarot card reading, you don’t need the extra thoughts or ideas from outside yourself. You just need to clear your mind to be able to read the cards on the deck. The answer to your questions for that tarot card reading may already be inside you—it probably always is.

Consider meditating for at least ten to twenty minutes before you start with your tarot card reading session. It will help clear your head to give way to intuitive thoughts. Make sure to keep your journal within reach, so you can quickly write your thoughts once you’re done with your card session.

When you do it for the first time, and it already feels right, make sure to do it again.

A Final Reminder To The Self

The process of learning proper meditation and tarot card reading is all up to you. But if you can learn both processes at the same time, why shouldn’t you?

Like the vitamins that you take every day, make sure to meditate daily. Make it part of your routine.

With tarot card reading, anytime is a good time for a good tarot card reading session. With great practice, you can learn a lot and become more.

When you do both regularly, they will grow into you. The practice won’t be so hard to do. In truth, you will find great comfort and ease, knowing that you have taken the right journey to improve yourself
