How resilient are you? Resilient strength is your ability to bounce back from the challenges and difficulties that life throws your way. It spells the difference between handling pressure and losing your cool.
The road to resilience is never easy, but it is a path you will want to take. Because resilient people maintain a positive outlook in life, they can cope with the challenges of life more effectively.
It is not about not having stress and negativity in life. Instead, resilience teaches you the value of standing up even when everyone else wishes you to fall.
Perhaps the first thing you have thought of was how people learn to become resilient. Is it something that can be taught and learned? Or is it innate in some people and not found in others?
If you feel like you are not resilient enough, you may begin to wonder if it is something that can be learned. You wish it is, and you are lucky. Resilience may be...
How much time do you spend at work on a weekly basis? If you spend more than 40 hours doing the job that you do, then you probably have less time to do all the other things in your life. Your mornings are always rushed, and so is the rest of your day.
Do you have the time to stop and reconnect with your spiritual self? As much as you would like to submit yourself to spiritual meditation, you just can't find the time to do it. Sometimes, it can feel like there is just so much going on in your life; there's no more time left to think about how you feel or what you think.
You are too focused on getting things done that it has become quite hard to just sit down, be quiet, and meditate.
No matter how successful you become, there will always be a part of you that will yearn for spiritual growth. This is the part of your human self that will remind you of the importance of spirituality in order to survive...
Who doesn’t feel tired after a long day at work? Does it feel like all the energy is drained out of you at the end of every week? Everyone has felt like this once in a while, and sadly, some feel like this almost every day.
Some people who work in an office have side hustles they want to put their hearts and souls into. They are the ones who struggle with low energy and frustration, and so they often end up not being able to finish anything at the end of their working day.
Or, if they do, they do not entirely feel confident in what they were able to produce. These people tend to repeat the same thing, hoping for better results, but they only end up feeling even more tired than when they started.
Why do you...
My wife Katie and I have been living through synchronicity for a few years now. We have two children (a one-year-old boy and a three and a half-year-old girl) and live in Sedona, Arizona. We moved to Sedona after a series of synchronistic events led us to do so, having only spent a few days visiting the year before.
Today, we manage our day-to-day life fairly rigidly in the sense that we have non-negotiables that each of us must do every day, every week, and every month. This might sound counterintuitive to the idea of living through synchronicity. But it is not.
See, living through synchronicity is not the most natural path to take initially. However, there is a knowingness that one experiences when doing this. This knowingness takes an enormous amount of trust in yourself and beliefs in yourself AS the experience of which you are both aware and unaware.
You are saying that when you begin to make larger and larger life decisions...
Your life can be very hectic, not to mention really busy. Sometimes, it can be very overwhelming that you don’t know what to do anymore. While you can always try to decompress or unload some of your tasks, the stress of it all gets to you.
At one point in your life, you must have thought about living a zen life. You thought it would be nice to embrace the zen lifestyle, thinking about how it could bring back the balance of happiness and love in your life.
And yet, it always seems as if it is more like a wish than something you can truly accomplish. Every time you find yourself under a lot of stress, only one thought comes into mind: Should zen living be the solution to all your concerns?
When it comes to zen practice, the truth is straightforward—zen is not just a lifestyle. Zen is a state of mind. You cannot practice zen in your life if your thinking is not zen at all.
So if you want to bring about transformational change in your...
How are you creating your dream life? Are you aware that what you are doing in real life may be how you are manifesting your dream life? Both your conscious and unconscious thoughts are revealing the kind of life that you want.
Every human being has the capacity to create the life that they desire. The power of their minds, using a type of manifest meditation, can attract the kind of life that they want for themselves. And the truth is that, whether you realize it or not, the Law of Attraction manifestation is something that you live by through your external reality.
Have you ever asked yourself, "How do I achieve my dreams in life?" Every thought, emotion, and intention releases a kind of energy vibration into the Universe. It does not matter whether it is positive or negative; the energy that your body produces essentially shapes the details of your life.
The power to create your dreams and...
Who doesn't want to have happiness in their life? If there is anything that people wish for in their life apart from love, it is to be truly happy. While your happiness journal may be a positive reminder for all the good things that happen to you, what other purpose does it serve?
It is a fact that everyone wants to be happy. But the real question to ask at this point is this: How do you become truly happy?
Everyone knows why happiness is important, but not everyone knows how to achieve it. For sure, there is always something that makes someone happy. For example, there are people who find happiness in shopping. When they buy things, the act of it makes them feel happy inside.
Others find happiness in creating art. They paint, sing, dance, film, and do many other things that make them feel pleasure. Creating your own source of happiness is the key to making it happen.
You may not have everything you could wish...
Are you looking for a way to find more joy in your life? While buying the things you want may give you temporary happiness, it is nothing like having peace in your life. When you have deep inner peace, you can start every day with a fresh view of the world and life in general.
If you are doing a daily meditation, you are living a more conscious life. Increasing your spiritual awareness plays a crucial role in finding true happiness from within. It is no surprise how spiritual meditation helps improve a person's overall well-being.
If your goal is to live a happier life, then practicing mindfulness meditation is essential. The very reason why meditation is important is that it brings you at peace with yourself, including what you think and how you feel.
When you start meditating daily, you will slowly experience how the practice cultivates peace and joy in your life. If you are still not as convinced that you need to start mediation today, here are...
When was the last time you made a list of resolutions you want to put into practice in your life? You must have made a list at the beginning of the new year, as you always do. The new year's turn brings about the kind of mood where everyone just wants to make a change in their lives.
And yet, many people feel like they don't have to make a spiritual goals list because they will fail in it every time. It's the failure that makes them not want to look back and bring about change.
For example, you promised yourself to work on your weight loss goals, and you did. In the first month, you went to the gym religiously. But after a few months and a whole lot of stress from work, you begin to binge again. You got tired of going to the gym. And just like that, you gained back all the weight you worked hard for in two months.
People have likened resolutions to their failed attempts in life. But is the same true if you work on spiritual resolutions? Whether or not your...

A pandemic, quarantine, there is a lot of fear and anxiety right now in the world. How do we continue to develop spiritually and keep our inner peace? The first thing to remember is that even though things seem unstable, our perception dictates our reality. If you believe that we should be afraid or worried, that will become our reality. But if we can see things differently, then we can live in the present moment without fear. Fear is present in the mind when the ego believes it can be destroyed. The way to approach dealing with this is remembering that we are not the body, but we are a soul living in a human experience. Fear is developed over the course of many years of conditioning by the ego. As children, we don’t know what fear is until we learn it. How does this realization help us now? By letting go of fear, fear of tomorrow, fear of death, we free ourselves so that peace can come through.
Thich Nhat Hanh, a wonderful...
