The Hidden Spirituality of Cloud Atlas

Cloud Atlas tells the story of the soul. It is a story rich in symbolism and wisdom teachings, which spans across lifetimes of human experience. It was initially written by David Mitchell and adapted for the screen by the Wachowskis and Tom Tykwer. While this video will be exploring the film, we extend gratitude to the author for the original and complete telling in its written form.

It is a narrative on how the actions of individual lives impact one another in the past, present, and future. We see souls shaped through time, in one lifetime a killer, and later, a hero, and how both the virtues and ignorance within the collective consciousness can ripple across centuries to inspire social systems and collective transformation.

The entire movie seems to bear a profound spiritual truth that we find in the Emerald Tablets of Thoth. He writes, “ You have risen from a state that was little above the beast, until now of all humankind, you are the greatest. Yet before you were...

articles spirit history Mar 16, 2020

With March 17th right around the corner, people around the globe are gearing up to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with parades, Shamrocks, and all things green. So, what is Saint Patrick's day? Thought of internationally as a sort of Irish day, you might be surprised to know that the holiday's namesake is himself, not an Irishman.

In reality, St. Patrick came from either Scotland or Wales. While he can't claim Irish ancestry, he was a force that changed the spiritual truth of Ireland and its people forever. Get ready to find out what else you didn't know about the universally loved St. Patrick's Day Traditions.

St. Patrick's Day Facts

  • St. Patrick Wasn't Irish:  As mentioned above, the man of the hour was not Irish. Though sources vary in his place of birth, we do know that Patrick initially found himself in Ireland as a slave. At the age of 16, he was captured during a raid and ended up in Northern Ireland, eventually ending up in Slemish Mountain in County Atrim, where his...

Australia Fires Reveal Ancient Water System Older than the Pyramids

articles spirit history Mar 07, 2020

While vicious brush fires continue to tear across Australia, indigenous elders at the Budj Bim Cultural Landscape in Southeastern Australia celebrate an unexpected discovery caused by fire damage. The site is home to a sophisticated and extensive aqueduct system built over 6,600 years ago

A Hopeful Discovery

After a series of bushfires scorched 7,000 hectares of the national park before being subdued, indigenous elders and park rangers were pleasantly surprised to discover previously hidden sections of the waterway system. The burning of high grasses and other vegetation made it possible to investigate new portions of the land.

Gunditj Mirring Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation project manager Denis Rose related that he and his team were less concerned about the fire damage to cultural structures, as most of them are stone products of the lava flow.

The group expressed concerns that the raging fires could cause large trees to uproot and disrupt structures,...

The Incredible Channelings of Edgar Cayce on Atlantis

articles spirit history Dec 28, 2019

The famed ancient city of Atlantis never fails to stroke the imagination of the modern world; a city shrouded in the mists of time, steeped in mystery and legend and yet glimmering with tantalizing hints of archeology and coincidence compelling enough to keep this exotic story alive and well in the collective mind.

The first information on the ancient fallen civilization of Atlantis came from the Greek philosopher Plato who lived around 428 to 348 BCE. Plato was most famous for his analysis of the human condition, and skeptics believe he created the story of Atlantis as a metaphor for humanity. Others, however, consider it to be a legitimate part of history whose hard factual evidence is yet to be found. In the 19th century, U.S. congressman Ignatius L. Donnelly wrote about it in Atlantis: The Antediluvian World, a text which re-kindled the fire of interest over the topic of Atlantis.

More recently, one of the fascinating sources of information about Atlantis came from a well-known...

Minute Faith ~ Eastern Orthodoxy

The existence of Eastern Orthodoxy and the Roman Catholic Church are a result of what is known as the Great Schism of 1054 when medieval Christianity split into 2 branches. In the events leading up to the Schism, the relations between the east and western European churches were becoming more distant. The West, in this case, encompassed Western Europe and the northern and western areas of the Mediterranean, led by Rome. The East took up Asia Minor, the Middle East, and Northern Africa, lead by Constantinople.

The language was a huge part of it, over time and as civilizations advanced, most Patriarchs in Constantinople couldn’t read any Latin, and most Popes in Rome couldn’t read any greek. There was also that Michael Cerularius, the Patriarch of Constantinople and Pope St. Leo the 9th of Rome, were not friends, and both shared in writing many mean letters to each other.

On top of this, there was the Filioque debate. The Western Church believed that the Holy Spirit of the...

Spirit Science 12 ~ The Hidden Human History Movie

The Spirit Science Human History movie is one of the most popular spirit science videos ever made, and for good reason. This video dives into and fully explores an alternate version of our own human history that connects a lot of dots that up until now, seemed as if random anomalies of the human race.

This is a story that derives from two primary sources. The first is the lost Sumerian Tablets, which were a collection of thousands upon thousands of clay tablets that were dug out of the ground in ancient biblical cities that were thought never to have existed. These tablets tell a remarkable story about our own history, who we are, where we have come from, and where we are going.

The second primary source of this story is a man named Drunvalo Melchizedek, who describes his experience meeting in the flesh a remarkable human has known most commonly as Thoth, or Hermes.

According to Thoth, he experienced this tale in person, and because of his level of consciousness, had been able to...

Spirit Science 22_3 ~ The God Particles

This episode searches for what is often called God Particles by deconstructing the particles that makeup reality themselves. What are they? And how do we know they’re the smallest thing?

Throughout our scientific history, it was long regarded that the molecule was the smallest thing in our world. Then our understanding deepened and the atom became the new smallest. Then it was subatomic particles, and then we turned to string theory to describe these infinitesimally small building blocks of reality.

Our understanding is always shifting, and so it is foolish to hold onto one singular idea without being able to expand upon it. This is exactly how science works, never-ending expansion of thought that builds upon itself.

Light is known to be one of the building blocks of all things, and not only are we seeing this in science but so many of the world’s ancient spiritual traditions. We must be open to observing light itself as a starting point where all things stem from,...

Patch Parables ~ The Parable of the Lute

The parable of the lute is a lesson that comes from Buddha. A long time ago, the Buddha was living on a mountain called Vulture Peak.

During this time, a man named Sona was living down in the cool forest below. While meditating, this thought came to him: I am an energetic student of Buddha, yet my mind has not found freedom.

Buddha heard this thought within his own mind and set off Vulture Peak to find Sona. The Buddha found him within the forest very quickly and approached Sona. He asked him if he just had this thought that he heard in his head. Sona replied that did, in fact, have this thought.

Buddha continued on, asking Sona if when the strings on his lute were too tight, was it easily playable? Sona said, “Certainly not, Buddha.”

The Buddha pressed on, asking if when the strings on his lute were too loose, was it then easily playable? Sona replied with another no.

Finally, Buddha asked when the strings on the lute weren’t too tight or too loose, then was it...
